A while ago the world wide web giant Google launched its newest product called Google TV. Like what would happen if tv HDTV can be used to watch the news but also simultaneously can be used to update the status on Facebook and Twitter, open a video on Youtube, open an picture on Flickr, etc.? Surely this is a brand spanking new experience for our very pleasant. Google’s innovations will modify the way people enjoy entertainment which unites broadcast TV and the world wide web into a large screen.

Google TV leverages lots of of Google’s existing products. Google’s Android operating technique provides the underlying foundation, allowing developers to generate applications that extend the system’s functionality. Netflix, for example, has built an application that allows customers to access Netflix’s large library of movies and tv shows. Android and Apple rings will be used as remote controls for Google TV. Google TV products ship with wireless remote controls with a full QWERTY keypad.

Google TV is with Google Chrome built in, you can access all of your favourite sites and basically move between tv and the web. This opens up your TV from a few hundred channels to millions of channels of entertainment across TV and the web. Your tv is also no longer confined to showing video. With the whole world wide web in your living room, your TV becomes over a TV — it can be a photograph slideshow viewer, a gaming console, a music player and far more.
