Samsung finally make a ‘counterattack’ against Apple’s lawsuit. South Korean electronics giant that called the Apple of infringing its patent.
As cited from TheRegister, Samsung filed the lawsuit in South Korea, Japan and Germany. Up to five patents Samsung said to have been infringed by Apple.
Samsung’s move comes just days after Apple sued Samsung for violating intellectual property rights of Apple products.
“Samsung is actively responding to legal action being committed against us, this we do to protect our intellectual property,”said a statement from Samsung.
In the midst of mutual accountability between Samsung and Apple this is a line of smartphones and tablet competing. In the camp there is the Samsung S Galaxy and Galaxy products are popular tab, in the stronghold of Apple’s existing iPhone and iPad.
On the other hand, Samsung and Apple are actually fairly close partners. Samsung is one of the major component suppliers of Apple products, including chipsets and LCD screens.
